Let them eat tapioca and potatoes, says Isis

THE Institute of Strategic and International Studies (Isis) has urged Malaysians to cut down their rice intake and opt for tapioca and potatoes due to the current increase in rice prices, as reported in Tamil Nesan.

Its director-general, Dr Mahani Zainal Abidin said the intake of potato-based food products instead of rice also conformed to the eating habits of Malaysians in this country.
