KUALA LUMPUR: The Bakun hydroelectric dam in Sarawak is capable of generating some RM1.5bil returns by the year 2012.
Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah said this projection was calculated based on 18 sen for each mega watt of electricity that Tenaga Nasional was willing to pay.
