KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) is taking a fast-track approach to replacing high-tension transmission towers damaged by scrap metal thieves at Kuala Menggatal near here by diverting equipment meant for another project.
SESB chairman Tan Sri Leo Moggie said the move would enable the two collapsed pylons to be replaced as quickly as possible.
