KOTA KINABALU: DAP's first and lone assemblyman Jimmy Wong created history Tuesday by being the first DAP representative to be sworn into the Sabah Legislative Assembly with 59 other Barisan Nasional assemblymen.
"My sound may be like a drop of rain on a zinc roof as compared to Barisan's thunder but I hope my drop of rain will be as powerful," said the 58-year-old Wong, a social activist elected under the peninsula-based DAP ticket for the Sri Tanjung state seat.
