KOTA KINABALU: The Royal Malaysian Air Force came to the rescue to speed up restoration of a collapsed transmission tower that blacked out most of Sabah on Monday.
RMAF's C-130 Hercules transport plane helped in ferrying about 20 tonnes of steel components for a transmission tower from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) in Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu here on Wednesday.
