PETALING JAYA: Former Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo said he would be contesting for the Umno Youth chief position at the party elections in December, while Jerlun MP Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir confirmed he is "eyeing" the post.
Umno Youth chief Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein on Thursday announced that he would not defend his post.
