KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 139 newly elected MPs, both veterans and first-time representatives, were briefed on matters and procedures relating to their duties in the Dewan Rakyat at Parliament House yesterday.
Parliament House head administrator Datuk Kamaruddin Mohd Baria and Dewan Rakyat secretary Roosme Hamzah gave the briefing in a two-hour closed-door session, the first ever to be held, at the Banquet Hall.
