PUTRAJAYA: Engineer Hanif Basree Abdul Rahman, acquitted for murdering 22-year-old Noritta Samsudin without his defence being called, will know whether he is really a free man when the Federal Court delivers its verdict today.
The prosecution had appealed to the Federal Court against the Court of Appeal’s decision to uphold the lower court’s judgment acquitting the 40-year-old engineer of murdering Noritta five years ago.
