KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has thrown out applications by Danaharta firms, their officers and Commerce International Merchant Bankers to strike out businessman Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli’s counterclaims totalling RM13.46bil.
The Danaharta firms are Pengurusan Danaharta and its subsidiaries Danaharta Urus and Danaharta Managers while the officers are Datuk Azman Yahya, Datuk Abdul Hamidy Hafiz, Datuk Zukri Samat and Datuk Kris Azman Abdullah.
