KUALA LUMPUR: Gerakan adviser Datuk Seri Dr Lim Keng Yaik has proposed that the next Chief Minister of Penang be chosen from among the three potential candidates based on who obtains the highest number of votes in the general election.
Dr Lim said in this way, the people of Penang themselves, rather than the party, would choose the Chief Minister.
