PENANG: The two contenders for the Penang Chief Minister’s post are equally capable of taking over, said acting Gerakan president Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon.

The outgoing Chief Minister was replying to a question on whether party vice-president Datuk Dr Teng Hock Nan or deputy secretary-general Datuk Lee Kah Choon would succeed him.
