KUALA LUMPUR: Opposition leader Lim Kit Siang has filed a suit against the Election Commission and the Government seeking a court order for the setting up of a caretaker government after the Parliament is dissolved.
Lawyer Karpal Singh filed an originating summons and an affidavit affirmed by Kit Siang for the purpose at the High Court (civil) registry yesterday.
