KUALA LUMPUR: Business tycoon Tan Sri Vincent Tan has personally pledged to donate RM3mil to the Negri Sembilan Chinese Maternity Hospital in honour of his 81-year-old mother Low Siew Beng.
MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting said the money would be used to reconstruct and build new buildings as well as buy new medical equipment.
