PUTRAJAYA: A third of the foreign students registered with the authorities have yet to apply for their I-Kad, although the Dec 31 deadline to do so has passed.
The Immigration Department’s records shows that the Government had issued student passes to 44,013 foreigners. Only 29,532 students have applied for their I-Kads.
