MIRI: Allow teachers from outside Sarawak, and those stationed in rural schools in the state, to leave early so that they can get home in time to mark the Chinese New Year, Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) urged the State Education Department.
The SUPP has received appeals from teachers in the state who said they did not have enough time to make their way home for the reunion dinner.
