KUALA LUMPUR: Suspended Commercial Crimes Investigation Department director Comm Datuk Ramli Yusoff was one of the authorised signatories for Bonus Circle Sdn Bhd (BC), which was registered under his two sisters’ names, a Sessions Court here heard.
Former BC company secretary Leong Kuy Leng, 52, said she had prepared two directors’ resolutions dated June 8, 1999 and July 19, 1999 over the matter during the opening of the company’s two bank current accounts.
