KUALA LUMPUR: An Iranian teacher was jailed for a day and fined RM1,200 after she pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge.
Jamileh Ravosh, 51, from Bandar-e Anzali in Gilan, Iran, admitted stealing two packets of socks, two boxes of mens briefs, a box of stockings and two handbags from Jusco at Mid Valley Megamall around 9.30pm on Dec 26.
