PENANG: A senior lawyer failed in his bid in the High Court to strike out an RM2.3mil suit filed by four oil palm plantation owners against him and his firm for negligent and fraudulent representation.
Deputy Registrar Azman Mustapha yesterday dismissed with costs the application by Datuk R. Rajasingam to strike out the matter.
