MALACCA: Malacca wants to attract more local and foreign students to study at its public and private colleges in an effort to promote education-based tourism.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam said the state government had convinced more institutions of higher learning to set up campuses in Malacca.
