CYBERJAYA: Energy, Water and Telecommunications Minister Datuk Seri Dr Lim Keng Yaik said he was looking forward to the day when Malaysians could drink water directly from the tap itself, with the enforcement of the Water Services Industry Act beginning Jan 1.
