KOTA TINGGI: The red flags and warning signs at Desaru saying that the beach is closed are not official and are merely “friendly reminders” to the public.
Kol Mohd Jamal Salleh, general manager of Desaru Golden Beach Resort, Desaru Holiday Chalets, and Desaru Golf and Country Resort, said the warnings were just advice as the hotel could not stop anyone from using the beach.
