MALACCA: Just over half of the 202,500 Malay voters in the state are Umno members, Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam said.
The remaining 90,500 Malay voters and 53% of the 270,000 Malays who were 18 years and above were not members of Umno.
