Not many hardcore poor in Kelantan interested in ECER project

KUALA KRAI: Of the 3,124 hardcore poor identified by the Southern Kelantan Economic Development Authority (Kesedar) to benefit from the East Coast Economic Region (ECER) agriculture cultivation project, only 217 have so far indicated their eagerness to participate. 

The rest have declined the offer, saying it was too much trouble, Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Seri Abdul Aziz Shamsuddin said.
