KLANG: A palm oil refinery company and its managing director claimed trial in the Sessions Court here yesterday to four amended charges involving Customs offences.
Singaporean Cheo Tong Choo @ Lee Tong Choon, managing director of Mewah Oils Sdn Bhd, and the company were charged with using a falsified document to claim palm oil consignments from two cargo ships.
