KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman, accused of two fraud and a criminal breach of trust (CBT) charges involving RM37mil, failed in his bid to get the charges amended upon appeal.
Datuk Ngu Tieng Ung, 40, also did not succeed to get a court order to force the prosecution to provide further particulars of the charges.
