Aware of the importance of lifelong learning, MCA, in October 2004, had taken the initiative to launch a nation-wide campaign in promoting Lifelong Learning.

The objectives of the Campaign are clear: to nurture a progressive Rakyat Malaysia and instil a learning culture in the community. MCA firmly believes that, lifelong learning is the inevitable and pragmatic approach that empowers the nation with knowledge and competency to cope with challenges in today’s knowledge-based economy. As such, Lifelong Learning Campaign has been incorporated as one of the key political strategies of MCA, namely the 9-Point Political Platform.
