KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court judge advised a prosecutor to consider sending an advertising company boss to a psychiatric care hospital to verify if he was of unsound mind when he allegedly killed his father three months ago.
Eric De Cruz, 51, the CEO of an outdoor advertising company, is accused of killing retired chief clerk J. Ben De Cruz, 87, at his home in Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad, Taman Tun Dr Ismail here between 6.30am and 9.30am on May 23.
