PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are set to strengthen bilateral ties with companies from the Middle Eastern country participating in projects, particularly in the Iskandar Development Region (IDR).
Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said ties with the UAE have been growing steadily since diplomatic relations were established in 1987, adding that both countries were on the cusp of taking bilateral ties to another level.
