KUALA LUMPUR: Witnesses testifying in court cases in the peninsula will soon be able to give evidence from one state while the judge, prosecutors and lawyers are located in another state.
This will become a reality once the video-conferencing infrastructure is put in place in the various courts in Peninsular Malaysia.
