PUTRAJAYA: The Insolvency Department will soon provide up-to-date information on a person’s bankruptcy status to all commercial banks and relevant government agencies.
Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk M. Kayveas said the department was in the process of creating links with the courts to capture bankruptcy discharges as and when the orders are issued.
