Many cops afraid of computers, says chief

MIRI: There are police personnel in Sarawak who have computer phobia. 

Sarawak Police Commissioner Datuk Talib Jamal found a segment of his staff, including senior people and veterans, afflicted by this “psychological ailment” during his inspection rounds to police stations in the state’s 27 districts.
