KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court fixed Sept 5 for re-mention of the application by The New Straits Times Press (M) Bhd (NSTP) and its senior officers for an injunction to stop blogger Ahirudin Atan from posting articles defaming them in his blog.
Justice Datuk Mohamed Hishamuddin Mohamed Yunus fixed the date in chambers when the case came up for case management yesterday.
