Shares sold for RM151mil, graft trial told

KUALA LUMPUR: Briskmark Enterprise Sdn Bhd had signed an agreement with Sabah Land Development Board (SLDB) to buy 16.8 million Sapi Plantations Sdn Bhd shares for RM151.2mil, a High Court here heard. 

Chia Yaw Phin, 57, testifying in the Tan Sri Kasitah Gaddam corruption trial, said he drafted the agreement dated Nov 11, 1996 for the purpose.
