THE fact that the Internal Security Ministry is tasked with enforcing the Explosives Act 1957 has nothing to do with the murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu, Deputy Internal Security Minister Datuk Johari Baharum said.
He said the police also used explosives, which was why his ministry and not the Defence Ministry had always been tasked with regulating the use of the substance.
