Aug 29 hearing for bid to strike out Tajudin’s counterclaim

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed Aug 29 until Jan 22 to hear the application by 24 defendants to strike out the counterclaim filed by corporate figure Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli who is being sued by Danaharta over debts totalling RM589mil. 

Senior Assistant Registrar Iris Awen Jon fixed the dates in chambers after the case came up for mention.
