KOTA KINABALU: An environmental impact assessment (EIA) report is required to log and replant 4,000ha of secondary forest in Pulau Banggi, said state Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun.
“Any logging that involves more then 100ha requires the EIA,” he said,
