SINGAPORE: The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) here has suspended poultry and egg imports from Selangor after the outbreak of bird flu in three villages in the state.
The AVA said in a statement that although the poultry and layer farms in Selangor which have been approved to export to Singapore were bio-secured, the AVA was suspending the imports as a precautionary measure.
