SABAK BERNAM: The Selangor government agrees that there is a need to combine water treatment and distribution in the state and is looking into forming a consortium of the four companies involved in providing the services.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo said the state government considered looking into this even as the Economic Planning Unit was deciding on the concession agreement for water distribution for Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas).
