Hair’s the deal in passport photographs

PENANG: Make sure your hair colour matches that in your photograph if you are planning to renew your passport or travelling overseas.  

State Immigration Department director Mohamed Nasir Osman said his officers had the right to reject an applicant’s photograph if they felt that the image was different from the actual person.
