BUTTERWORTH: The civil servants pay increase will take effect in July but already, three nasi kandar restaurant owners in the state have been caught cashing in by selling roti canai at 10 sen more.
They however reverted to the old price after state Domestic Trade and Consumers Affairs enforcement chief N. Gunaselan warned them against profiteering.
