KOTA BARU: Kelantan Umno will ask for an additional RM3bil to the RM7.6bil allocated to the state under the Ninth Malaysia Plan (9MP), its liaison chairman Datuk Seri Annuar Musa said.
He said the additional sum was to cover upcoming mega projects, including the construction of the RM1bil Kota Baru-Kuala Krai highway and two dams costing RM2bil, which were part of flood mitigation measures in the flood-prone state.
