Court told of directives on PPBOP shares

KUALA LUMPUR: A former partner of an auditing firm gave all instructions to a remisier for the transaction of the PPB Oil Palms Bhd (PPBOP) shares belonging to an offshore company, the corruption trial of Tan Sri Kasitah Gaddam heard. 

Former InnoSabah Securities Sdn Bhd executive director Bernard Kong Kok Keong said Vincent Chia Ka Soon, formerly of Arthur Andersen & Co, ordered him to carry out the trading of the said shares for Arkwell Enterprises Limited.
