KUALA LUMPUR: Parti Keadilan Rakyat Youth has sent a memorandum to Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu reminding the Works Minister to keep his promise of making public the toll agreement between Litrak, the toll concessionaire for Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), and the Government.

The movement’s acting chief Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin said Samy Vellu had yet to disclose the details despite the Cabinet having convened twice on the matter.

The memorandum was received by the minister’s press secretary E. Sivabalan yesterday.

On March 7, the party lodged a report against Samy Vellu on his refusal to reveal the SMART tunnel concession agreement.

The report called for the police to set up a task force headed by the Attorney-General, and comprising the IGP and the ACA investigation department head, to investigate the issue.
