SHAH ALAM: Women or men in Selangor wanting to work as masseuses in health and traditional massage outlets will soon be required to attend certified courses.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo said this was needed to ensure that the massage parlours employed qualified masseuses and such a move would help to regulate massage outlets and prevent them from being used for vice activities.
