PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal postponed the prosecutions appeal against a High Courts decision to acquit a stockbroking firm director and his two former bodyguards of murdering Chinese teenager Xu Jian Huang three years ago.
Court of Appeal allowed the postponement after it was informed that the prosecution had not been able to serve the notice of appeal to Koh Kim Teck and Resty Agpalo.
