SANDAKAN: Marine police patrolling the Sulu Sea foiled another bid to smuggle diesel from this east coast Sabah district to neighbouring southern Philippines.
About 60 drums containing 12,000 litres of diesel were seized from a barter trade boat in the waters off Pulau Berhala here on its way towards international waters near the Philippines border at around 11am last Saturday.
