TELUK INTAN: The prosecution in a drug case involving famous pop singer Jamal Abdillah and his nephew has applied for the charge against them to be amended because of a disparity in the weight of syabu found on them.
Prosecuting officer chief Insp K. Balakrishnan told the Sessions Court on Wednesday that he made the application after the chemist report showed that the weight of syabu in question was different from the 0.5gm stated in the charge sheet.
