KLANG: A former municipal councillor claimed trial in a Sessions Court here to attempting to cheat a company director of 260,000 shares.
S. Sandiranshegran, 52, allegedly forged Borang 32A, (a share transfer form) to deceive the director of Venus Polymers D. Ramaswree into releasing 260,000 units of the company shares to him on Nov 25, 2005, at No 16, Lorong Cengkeh, Off Jalan Kim Chuan, Port Klang.
