PENANG: A state assemblyman has alleged that Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) workers have been helping shop tenants steal power from the premises.
Komtar assemblyman Lim Gim Soon said he had received complaints that TNB staff would either loop the wires so that the power usage of fewer units were recorded or tampered with the meters.
