SEPANG: A veterinary officer brought in by the prosecution to testify in the trial of a businessman charged with failing to take appropriate measures to prevent his dogs from endangering the public conceded that she was not an expert in the behaviour of a Rottweiler.
Dr Noraini Abdul Rahman from the Selangor Veterinary Services Department told the magistrate's court here that she had seven years' experience in treating all animals including dogs with regard to their well-being and general characteristics.
